These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of clothings.ai and any orders you place with us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. clothings.ai is a Canadian blank-apparel store serving customers from Ontario, Canada.
Orders
Product listings describe blank apparel available for purchase. An order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline an order (for example due to stock, pricing error, or suspected fraud). Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we process payment and begin fulfilment. Colours and sizes depend on supplier availability and may sell out without notice.
Pricing, shipping, and taxes
- Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping within our standard service area is a flat $45 CAD per order unless a promotion or checkout message says otherwise.
- Applicable Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and other taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and current tax rules.
Payment
We accept payment through Authorize.net. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.
Accounts and social login
You may create an account with email or sign in with Google or Facebook. Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Social login provides us only with name, email, and profile photo for account purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Returns and exchanges
Because inventory and fulfilment arrangements can vary by product, please contact us before returning an item. We will share the current return or exchange options for your order, including any conditions on unused blank apparel in original condition. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported promptly with photos so we can help resolve the issue. This section is a general statement of process and does not create special statutory rights beyond those that already apply under Canadian consumer law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, clothings.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from orders. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
